Surprise!

That was a cool week! :) Now I collaborate with a company which helps people with their bussines practices. I had to help group of spanish people. We went to Stary Browar I helped them with their PEKA cards and what's more I practiced spanish! I've decided that I have to focus not only on my English and Italian but also Spanish. My big dream is to go to World Youth Days to Panama, so I really have to work on my Spanish. But frankly speaking I see the progress :)

Furthermore, in Muza Cinema was Festival of Italian Films and me and my friends have chosen film called "Il fiore" - "Flower". Even though film wasn't charming and pleasant I think it was worth seeing it. It tells the story of two teenagers which are madly in love in each other but all the plot takes place in the italian prison. Well, the best adventage of this film was that.... it was in Italian (of course).

On Thursday my and my boyfriend went once more in the cinema. Olek's cousin had 30th birthday so his girlfriend prepared him ... a big surprise. All cinema was rented for that day. Three quarters of the cinema hall was taken by friends and family of Stasiu. The film that we watched was "Sugerman"; this is a documentary film about American sonwriter Rodriguez and his fifteen minutes of fame. It's very impressive that he was very famous in South Africa and not known in the United States. In all South Africa he had zealous fans and was extremly popular. All the audience had to behave soudlessly, because Stasiu came late and didn't know that all hall is full of his friends. During credits all hall stood up and started singing "Happy Birthday", he was really excited about all situation. I think that was absolutely marvellous surprise! (Unfortunately I didn't take any picture)

A.Gaudi The best thing in Barcelona is definitely ... architecture. I really love nature, beautiful views, culture of Spain. Generally speaking, I have never EVER seen a place with so many marvelous buildings. I think it's all because of modernisme and one of the most illustious architects of Barcelona is Antonio Gaudi. Gaudí devoted his life entirely to his profession, so as a consequence we can now admire his buildings which are artworks.  Sagrada Família Apparently, the first artwork we wanted to see was Sagrada Familia. Despite the fact that Sagrada is incomplete it's UNESCO World Heritage. Well, I am not surprised why. the basilica is just awsome. You look at it's facade and you go into raptures. We decided not to enter inside because of a huge queue.(Next time maybe we will enter :)) Park Guell The next stop was also worth seeing. Eh

Hi everybody!  How's life?  I am just sitting with my sis in the train going back to Poznań. I was in Warsaw, cause I had to prepare my presentation about my mission in Zambia. I spent there more than 2 mounths so now it was time to share my experience with others who are preparing themselves to go for a mission.  Well, recently it's the worst time of my life. I really don't want to share with you any detail cause it doesn't matter. There are a lot of factors that influence my state of mind, my thoughts, my behaviour. I even don't have neither power nor idea about what I should write here with you. In my primary school we used to say "Life is brutal and full of zasadzkas" and we used to laugh a lot about this sentace. Now I really don't feel like laughing at all. But still life is life and you have to live it even when it's tough. In spite of my negative post I hope it will get better.  Have a nice Sunday.  D.

Let's escape!

Last weekend my friend Artur had birthday so we decided to have fun in escape room! Do you know what is that? Well, in Poznań escape rooms are becoming more and more popular. Nowadays there are 57 escape rooms only in my city! It's so marvelous that everytime I go there I'am very excited. So what is it? Escape room is a logical game, where you have to use your shrewdness, maths skills and be very observant. You are locked in a small room and you have only one hour to escape. You have to find hidden clues, objects, resolve some riddles. Every room has its own story: you can be locked in prison, in psychiatric hospital, in Hogwarts or in the spooky house and you have to do your best to set yourself free. So on Saturday we went to ... the house of vampire. I was so so anxious and panicked because I prefer escape rooms which are not so eerie! Even though the female part of the team was schreeching a lot (I was the first one to scream) I found this game very funny and entertaining!
